 . Please note that a Concert Grand Piano will be delivered on Thursday\, A
 pril 16 between 12 - 3 PM by Steinway Pianos of Seattle. It will be picked
  up approximately the same time on Tuesday\, April 21st. \n\nMay we please
  request:\n\nLobby and stage doors open at 8:30 am so that we can set up f
 or the public morning dress rehearsal that begins at 10:00 pm. at 6:00 PM 
 for the evening concert with the pre-concert lecture at 6:40 pm and the co
 ncert beginning at 7:30 pm. Access to the lobby restrooms and lower restro
 oms on level 400 (please open the lower restrooms before the concert begin
 s) custodian's closet two tables for concessions area two tables for ticke
 t sales in the lobby one table for promotional items Heat for the morning 
 dress rehearsal the heat turned off (or turned down to 60 or lower) at 10:
 00 am for the evening performance please have the heat turned completely o
